Some information regarding the procedure:

We receive numerous data with your order. It includes your basic data (your name, your address and your email address). Moreover, we receive order-related data, such as the delivery address (if different), your bank or credit card data (depending on the mode of payment) and finally also your print data. All these details are required and used to manufacture the product as ordered and handle the purchase order.

Basic data, such as your email address, also comes to our knowledge in the course of specific processes in connection with the use of the albumfactory Designer, in particular when downloading the designer itself or any complementary software tool or data stock.

Order-related data will be deleted after a certain period following the completion and delivery of order. However, we will further keep your basic data to subsequently inform you about software updates, new products and services.

We reserve to entrust selected business partners with certain tasks to carry out orders. To this end, it may be necessary to provide data we have received from you. We bind our business partners to keep such data confidential, use them for the intended purpose only and delete them after use.

For handling payments in connection with the ordering of our photobook software products of albumfactory Designer, version 3, we have decided to use the system of our partner WorldPay, which fully meets all latest safety requirements.
